Before Cultivate Consciousness ever opened, a seed of love was planted. It began with Pamela Jean (Sunny PJ), a woman whose heart spoke in the language of light. She taught that the truest pilgrimage is inward — “Journey to love… yourself.” Her wisdom became the soil from which everything would grow. Years later, her daughter Dorie carried that seed forward. She built upon her mother’s quiet devotion with hands guided by faith and service. Her late husband, Paul Wicklund, demonstrated a great reverence for the Earth and all its creatures. His teachings demonstrated grounding to spirit and connection with soul. He saw the eagle as a messenger — strength, freedom, and the gentle reminder that God is with us always. They all dreamed of a place where beauty and healing could live as one —where people could gather, remember, and renew. That dream found form in the heart of the Twin Cities.
